The Four Tendencies

Hello all! I’m super excited because my copy of this amazing book arrived today! I learned about this book at the Exceptional Expectations Event that I attended over the past weekend. In the book, The Four Tendencies ,  Gretchen Rubin explores the simple question, “How do I respond to expectations?” She has discovered that people fit into Four Tendencies: Upholders, Questioners, Obligers, and Rebels. She eloquently explains to us how our own unique tendency shapes who we are and every aspect of our behavior.
