Hello all! I’m super excited because my copy of this amazing book arrived today! I learned about this book at the Exceptional Expectations Event that I attended over the past weekend.


In the book, The Four TendenciesGretchen Rubin explores the simple question, “How do I respond to expectations?” She has discovered that people fit into Four Tendencies: Upholders, Questioners, Obligers, and Rebels. She eloquently explains to us how our own unique tendency shapes who we are and every aspect of our behavior.

Gretchen guides us through reaching an understanding of these tendencies, which allows us to “make better decisions, meet deadlines, suffer less stress and burnout, and engage more effectively.”
